Service Agreements are structured and priced based on the size of your business, the number of PCs and the IT structure that is in place (or that you would like to be in place).

We feel very strongly that if you are paying for us to maintain your system we should not benefit when you have problems. In short – The better we do our job – The less you see us – The happier both parties are!
It’s always a risk handing over a sum of money up front to a relative stranger in the hope that they will hang around and complete their end of the deal, which is why we take payment for the Service Agreement on a monthly basis; this allows us to earn your trust and you to manage your cash flow.
By far the greatest benefit of subscribing to a Service Agreement is that billing per hour goes out the window! There is no benefit to Sentinel Computers in a job taking longer than it should, so working for your benefit is in our interest. It also means that we can take the time to really get to know your system and how you use it, so that we can work with you to improve it, rather than implement a bog standard coverall fix.
Taking out a Service Agreement means that we can implement changes or upgrades in a phased manner which has less of an impact on the daily running of your business. The agreement eliminates the worry of going over budget or being concerned that you are getting value for money.
We take the time to explain how your system works to you and your staff, enabling you to fix small problems and be more informed rather than hiding this information from you in order to profit from it again and again.
Sentinel Computers are committed to helping you in any way we can. We are not interested in limiting your service to specific computers and devices; if you get a new phone and can’t operate it, have problems with your web-hosting, printers or iPad, we will help if we can!

This service is as simple as it sounds. An ideal solution for sole traders and very small businesses with no real infrastructure to maintain, do not need an urgent response if there is an issue.
Simply call our office and arrange for an engineer to call out and we will bill you by the hour or part there-of. Please do remember that Service Agreement clients do always take priority, no matter how small the issue.
