IT Services for Business
In Business a smooth running IT system is as critical to your company as the staff who operate it and the customers who give you business through it.
Yes it is possible that you have a staff member who can sort out your IT issues… but how often are they too busy with their regular job? Small niggles get left un-checked, staff soldier on with a slow running PC or temperamental printer until eventually the system fails you. Before you know it you have a major IT issue!
Sentinel Computers offer affordable IT Services for Business that allow you to take the hassle out of your IT.
What are the benefits if you outsource your IT support?
- You will have a more stable system
- You can call on our engineers anytime as part of your agreement
- You will have less down-time and more productivity
- You will have peace of mind
At Sentinel Computers we support your business through two channels
Annual Service Agreement = OUR commitment to YOUR Business
Service Agreements are structured and priced based on the size of your business, the number of PCs and the IT structure that is in place (or that you would like to be in place).
Our standard agreement gives you…
- Priority Service
- No Call Out Fees
- Unlimited Onsite
- Unlimited Remote Support
- Unlimited Phone Support
- 6 Monthly Servicing
- Proactive Approach
- Unbiased Advice
We feel very strongly that if you are paying for us to maintain your system we should not benefit when you have problems. In short – The better we do our job – The less you see us – The happier both parties are!
It’s always a risk handing over a sum of money up front to a relative stranger in the hope that they will hang around and complete their end of the deal, which is why we take payment for the Service Agreement on a monthly basis; this allows us to earn your trust and you to manage your cash flow.
By far the greatest benefit of subscribing to a Service Agreement is that billing per hour goes out the window! There is no benefit to Sentinel Computers in a job taking longer than it should, so working for your benefit is in our interest. It also means that we can take the time to really get to know your system and how you use it, so that we can work with you to improve it, rather than implement a bog standard coverall fix.
Taking out a Service Agreement means that we can implement changes or upgrades in a phased manner which has less of an impact on the daily running of your business. The agreement eliminates the worry of going over budget or being concerned that you are getting value for money.
We take the time to explain how your system works to you and your staff, enabling you to fix small problems and be more informed rather than hiding this information from you in order to profit from it again and again.
Sentinel Computers are committed to helping you in any way we can. We are not interested in limiting your service to specific computers and devices; if you get a new phone and can’t operate it, have problems with your web-hosting, printers or iPad, we will help if we can!
At Sentinel Computers we listen to your business needs and goals, show you how technology can lower costs and increase productivity, and review your IT system regularly, giving feedback and impartial advice on how to improve efficiency in order to reach your business goals.
If you want to take the hassle out of your IT, contact Richard in Sentinel Computers to arrange a free consultation to discuss your needs!
*Please note that our Service Agreements are for labour costs only, any hardware/software required will be billed separately
Simply call our office and arrange for an engineer to call out and we will bill you by the hour or part there-of. Please do remember that Service Agreement clients do always take priority, no matter how small the issue.
